If you're anything like Matt
Wohlfarth, your life is one big, fat, nonstop, kick-the-jams-out
party.
Not.
When Matt turned 40 a few years ago, he entered the midlife
crisis phase of his life. Unlike other guys his age, though,
he didn't buy a Ferrari (couldn't afford one) or start dyeing
his hair (not enough of it).
No, he took a completely different road. One that eventually
led him across the entire country.
He sought out kindred spirits who, like him, were experiencing
the daily middle-age grind. Working stiffs and soccer parents.
Dads and moms. People who drive the kids to school, work
nine-to-five, coach sports, clean garages, get the oil changed,
pay bills. People who, at the end of the day, ask the same
question: is this what it's all about?
That's how the Midlife Crisis Comedy Tour began.
"Since those first shows" says Matt, "I've
had a BLAST examining the absurdities of middle age in front
of people who pay to hear my jokes."
"Night after night, I get to commiserate with my fellow
midlifers from the stages of theaters and comedy clubs,"
he adds. "It's kind of exhilirating when you get a
bunch of middle-aged people together in one room. We can
all laugh together at the stuff that we all deal with during
the day."
The Midlife
Crisis Comedy Tour has received rave write-ups and has been
featured in a wide range of media.
If you've seen the show, you know. If you haven't seen it--or,
if you'd like to book it for your theater, club or next
special event, contact us today to reserve a date.
